Towne's Pass Pullout, Death Valley National Park, Inyo Co., California, USA.  36º23.945' N, 117º16.896' W; elevation 4956 feet.  Pullout on Highway at top of Pass, north side of the road.  Date of sampling:  14 July 1999 by Johansen, Kingsley, & Muller.

Dominants vascular plants at site:  Atriplex sp., Ceratoides lanata, Eriogonum inflatum, Ephedra sp., Sphaeralcea sp.
