Requesting and Reserving Equipment, Classrooms, Videotaping and More....

Welcome to the Reservations page for the JCU Mobile Media & Audio Services. Member of JCU's faculty, staff and student body may request the use of equipment, classrooms, videotaping, video production, video conference, distance learning, plus technology training and services.

We ask that requests are made 48 hours ahead of time.

Simply click on the appropriate link to the left, for the reservation form. (Media carts are under "Reserve Equipment".)

If you are requesting a media cart and or screen for an individual, business or organization that is not a member of the JCU Community there will be a users fee of $80. Your department is responsible for the equipment. If the equipment is not returned to ITS in the condition that it was provided, there will be an additional fee up to the price of the missing or misused item(s).
