Our ICTCM Conference paper http://www.jcu.edu/math/ICTCM2011/paper.pdf The paper includes step-by-step instructions for creating demos for exploring symmetry in finite designs and strip patterns.
Where to get GeoGebra http://www.geogebra.org From this site you can also obtain the official GeoGebra Help Manual.  We recommend that you use the "Web Start" method to download GeoGebra, as it will automatically update with future releases.
How to learn more about GeoGebra  http://www.maa.org/prep/ The Mathematical Association of America sponsors "PREP" (Professional Enhancement Program) workshops.  We got our start with GeoGebra by taking the 5-day online, real-time workshop on GeoGebra offered through PREP.  Note:  You will learn the most from this workshop if you have experimented with GeoGebra on your own at least a bit.
GeoGebra Users' Forum http://www.geogebra.org/forum/ Thousands of questions that have been asked and answered by others.  Subscribe (for free, of course) and you can post your own questions!
GeoGebra Wiki http://www.geogebra.org/en/wiki/index.php/Main_Page A free pool of teaching materials for GeoGebra.  (Caution: Anyone can contribute materials to the wiki, so quality may vary considerably.)
Experiment with the GeoGebra files we presented and described in the paper http://www.jcu.edu/math/ICTCM2011/PresentationFiles.zip Open the archive (or unzip it to a convenient location) and then open the files using GeoGebra.  (Of course, you must first install GeoGebra on your computer.)
Using GeoGebra in teaching calculus http://www.jcu.edu/math/ICTCM2010 This link points to the front page and resources for a presentation that we made at the 2010 ICTCM in Chicago. There are many topics in calculus that can be illustrated with dynamic GeoGebra worksheets, and this page should help you get started with creating your own.
