Enterprise/National Car Rental
All bookings should be done through the websites below (Enterpise or National Logo) to insure proper billing and tracking. All University rentals automaticly include "damage waiver".
The program website also includes the ability to bill directly to an "Orgn" code or purchasing card (Pcard).
Additional Program Options:
- Extended rentals (Month-or-More).
- Personal rentals which capture John Carroll's price discounts, but do not automatically include the damge waiver.

15-Passenger Vans Restrictions: Vans rented locally with the request form below can be driven by faculty, staff, or students 21 years of age or order who qualify under the University's Authorized Driver Program. Drivers must be 25 years of age or older for all vans rented outside of our local market. Vans are not permitted to be taken into Canada

Note: University Employees are not required to utilize this program. However, any damage to vehicle below or insurance deductable will be the responsibility of the renting department/club/organization. The University's Insurance will not generally cover body damage (below our deductible) to rental vehicles. There is some protection provided by using the Pcard, but it is the renter's responsibility to follow through with VISA on these matters. Claim Procedures
All drivers renting vehicles to be used for University business must qualify as John Carroll University Authorized Drivers. (For more information, FSA personell should contact Garry Homany @ x1982).
Our program with National and Enterprise provides you with special recognition, service and speed whether renting at an airport or in the local market where you live and work. National provides speed and consistency for our most frequent airport travelers through the Emerald Club. Enterprise provides the custom attention and service needed for local market rentals while also serving the needs of airport travelers.
